Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)

  • conducting environmental research before the implementation of a project, including: inventories and environmental monitoring in the fields of: botany, mycology and lichenology, entomology, ichthyology, herpetology, ornithology, chiropterology, mammalogy, etc.;

  • diagnostics of protected species and animal migration corridors occurrence and natural habitat valorisation;

  • landscape analysis;

  • archaeological research;

  • testing and forecasting of the noise levels and the presence of pollutants;

  • preparation of expert opinions, expertise, and reports on the state of the environment and potential threats to it;

  • conducting monitoring and post-implementation analyses;
  • development of environmental documentation, including:
    - project outline specifications (KIP);
    - environmental impact assessment reports (ROOŚ),
    - reports of environmental impact re-assessment,
    - applications for decisions on environmental conditions, along with carrying out the procedure from the stage of submitting the application to obtaining a decision on environmental conditions;

  • representing the investor in administrative procedures before appropriate authorities agreeing on environmental conditions for the implementation of the project.
