Environmental screening

We conduct activities that allow evaluation of land usage possibilities, including providing a comprehensive analysis of planning documentation, available literature and conducting field research. These activities are aimed at determining the current formal and actual state of the site in the context of the potential investment plan implementation.
The most frequently performed tasks in this field are:

• natural valorisation of the project site;
• assessment of the occurrence of protected species of plants, animals, and fungi;
• preparation of comprehensive descriptions, expert opinions and reports on the state of the natural environment;
• analysis of environmental risks associated with investment plans and projects.
