It performs multi-element inventories of buildings, structures, installations, tracks, etc. located in the zone of impact of construction works. Their purpose is to document - descriptive and photographic - existing, before the commencement of construction and assembly works, damage and assessment of the technical condition of the facility. Jobs are generally carried out by organoleptic method. In the case of buildings with a complex shape, difficult to reach, high, the aerial method is used with an unmanned aircraft (drone ).

The continuation is the monitoring of endangered structures during the implementation of the contract.
After the completion of the jobs, a report is prepared on the changes in the condition that occurred during the construction work. The report is based on the as-built survey.
